Outlook 2003 Configuration Summary
- Open
Microsoft Outlook
- When
the window below appears, select “Add a new e-mail account”
- Click
“Next”

- When the
window below appears, select “Microsoft Exchange Server”
- Click
“Next”

- In the
Microsoft Exchange server field, type “OFA-NET-021.ad.ufl.edu”
- In the
Mailbox field, type your GatorLink username
- Click
“Next”

- Click
“Finish”

- When
Microsoft Outlook opens, click the “Tools” menu
- Click
the “Options” item, and the following should appear
- Click
the “E-mail Options” button

- (Optional)
Below “When replying to a message”, change selection to “Include original message
text”
- Click
“OK”

- Click
the “Mail Format” tab
- Change
“Send in this message format” to “HTML”

- Click
the “Other” tab
- Check
(enable) “Empty the Deleted Items folder upon exiting”
- Click
the “AutoArchive” button

- Uncheck
(disable) “AutoArchive every…”
- Click
“OK”

21. Click “OK” and you are good to go!
