If you want to attach documents other than Office 95/97/2000 files, you need to store them as fax attachments first. This is useful if you frequently need to send certain documents, such as brochures. To create a fax attachment on your computer:1. Start the application in which the document is saved, and open
up the document.
a. From the application menu, choose Print.
b. Select the FAXmaker printer driver and click OK. The
FAXmaker Client will pop up.
c. Click on the Options Tab. The file will be listed as an
attachment.
d. To save the fax as an attachment, highlight the attachment in the list and simply click Create. This will automatically convert the file to the fax format and list it as an attachment in your attachment list.
