Mission Statement

• Analyze managerial and operational procedures, identify best practices and assist with the implementation of new procedures.
• Evaluate, select, implement, manage and support appropriate printer, workstation, server and network infrastructure technology alternatives to improve efficiency and productivity (including LAN/WAN, web and e-mail services).
• Manage the Business Affairs network, AdminNet (formerly AAVP network) for all Business Affairs divisions; services provided include network infrastructure (wiring, switches and hubs) administration and maintenance, server administration and maintenance, workstation maintenance, user support for hardware and software, and nightly back-up of all data files.
• Manage the AdminNet Exchange/Outlook office productivity application for all Business Affairs divisions.
• Manage the Business Affairs web server.
• Manage the space data management project servers.
• Provide ad hoc research, consulting services for special projects.
