Improved AdminNet Antivirus Security Policy and Procedures. This has significantly increased the number of files and viruses which are successfully quarantined by the Business Affairs email system.

Configured/setup/implemented new servers and laptops for all UF Bridges; provided daily local and remote support for all UF Bridges users.

Updated client software (T2) for Transportation and Parking Services; installed new gate system for Norman Hall, Infirmary, and College of Journalism; setup 18 new handheld ticketing devices.

Configured/setup/implemented new hardware for the Kronos time and attendance software at the O'Connell Center; coordinated a 3-year advertising program by Dell Computers in O'Connell Center.

Facilitated Human Resources document imaging project; redesigned their on-line registration for UF Training Classes.

Converted Physical Plant servers from Novell to Windows 2000; joined all workstations to AdminNet and consolidated 18 servers to 7 servers; brought all workstations and servers in Physical Plant up to the current best practices for security and upgraded the network to GIGE to the desktop.

Configured/implemented temporary server for NERDC Telecommunications and coordinated movement of their mailboxes to a new Exchange server.
