Customer Technology Services

Customer Technology Services evaluates, recommends and supports a diverse range of technology resources that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of approximately 1,500 University of Florida employees. With a full-time staff of eleven TEAMS and two OPS employees, Customer Technology Services coordinates network connectivity; manages servers, workstations, printers, scanners, Blackberrys, PDAs and other peripheral devices; supports mission critical applications; and provides user support and training.
